- How long will the materials they are using last?
- Do the materials and workmanship carry any kind of guarantee?
- Do they have a 'genuine' portfolio of work to show you?
- Do they have any 'genuine' customer references?
- Are they a registered company? This does give you a certain degree of protection.
- Are they insured?
