The Brief
To create a low maintenance garden with a bright mediterranean theme.
Our Solution
Two mediterranean themed design options were drawn for the customer to choose from. The winning design was a circular themed garden.
We started by clearing all the material from the garden, cutting back trees and hedges and removing the larger shrubs.
A Bradstone riven slab patio was laid at an angle from the house to tie in with the cicular theme, and also draw the eye to the focal point - a timber pergola and seating area in the far corner of the garden. Both patio areas were lined with teracotta style edging.
A circle of turf edged with brick was laid in the centre of the garden with paths of teracotta coloured gravel either side.
A self-contained mediterranean style water feature was installed complete with pump and sump to finish off the project.
