The Brief
To create a formally designed terraced low maintenance garden, with plenty of seating areas.
Our Solution
Once the deisgn was approved, we cleared the rear garden of rubble and green waste to reach a blank canvas.
We then installed the sleeper retainers that would double as raised beds and enable us to create the tiered levels.
The patio areas were then installed. Bowland Cathedral paving was used for both the upper and lower terrace and the stone circle.
A new lawn was laid and stepping stones inserted into the lawn to connect the patio areas.
The customer was very happy with the result and called us back at a later date to landscape the front garden. We installed a circle of lawn with a mowing strip and a slate chipping surround.
