The Brief
The new Ironstone development at Lawley presents fresh challenges as there are developer restrictions on garden landscaping. Guidelines are provided for gardens on this development. Note that completed work may also need to be approved.
Our Solution
With this in mind, drawings were submitted for approval prior to landscaping work.
Although only a small garden, we mananged to fit in a patio, raised beds, a new lawn, and a contemporary water feature.
This garden demonstrated what can be achieved in a relatively small space.
